Mensah has been tasked to commit a fixed monthly remittance for the upkeep of the children.

The Graphic Sports aslo claim the initial US$ 500,000 alimony demanded by Henrietta has been beaten down to 150,000 Ghana cedis.

Mensah is set to return to action after signing a loan deal with Slovakian top-flight side FC Nitra in a move expected to boost his chances of of playing at the 2014 World Cup.

Last month, ex-Ghana striker Arthur Moses, was also ordered by a Supreme Court ruling that he gave his divorced wife three more houses as part of the divorce settlement.
